Hello! My name is Jack Sheffield, aka Jack the Exam Guy.

I specialize in helping people, like yourself, pass the Florida State Contractors exam or the State Electrical Exam. Twenty years ago, I was in the Marine Construction business. The State decided they wanted all Marine Contractors to be licensed. So I went to a local exam prep school here in Jacksonville and got my Florida State Building Contractors license. I actually enjoyed the experience, so much so, that I thought “I could do that” and I asked the owner for a job. Ever since, I have been helping people pass the General, Building, Residential, Air Conditioning, Mechanical, Plumbing, Roofing, Underground, Marine, Pool and various other State exams. And now, the Electrical, as well.

With my background in education, I was a schoolteacher in a previous incarnation, I understand how to present information in a way that you are likely to retain it, at least long enough to pass the Exam.
